Last updated: 02/08/2026. This policy explains what personal data LiraVoz processes, why, and what your rights are. The data controller is RAMIROBIZ Music.
(a) Data you give us: your name, email and the story, names and instructions you write to create the song. (b) Account data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from that account. (c) Payment data: processed by our payment providers; we do not store your card numbers. (d) Basic technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies needed for the site to work.
To create and deliver your song, manage your account and orders, process payment, give you support, email you about your order, and meet legal obligations (such as receipts and the complaints book).
We process your data with your consent and to perform the service you request (your order).
Only with the providers needed to deliver the service: payment gateways (PayPal, Culqi, Niubiz and, for Brazilian customers, Paddle), artificial intelligence providers that generate the song, Google (if you use its sign-in), our email delivery service, and our hosting (Hostinger) and CDN (Cloudflare). We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Some of these providers are located outside Peru, so your data may be processed in other countries. By using LiraVoz you accept this processing, carried out with appropriate safeguards.
Your song's audio files stay available to download for 30 days and are then permanently deleted. Your account and order data are kept while you have an account or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time.
We use necessary cookies to keep your session and make the site work (for example, when you log in). We do not use cookies for advertising.
We apply reasonable measures to protect your data (encrypted HTTPS connection and restricted access). No system is 100% foolproof, but we work to keep your data safe.
You may access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data by writing to hola@liravoz.com. In Peru you are protected by Law No. 29733 and its regulation; if you are in Brazil, by the LGPD; and elsewhere, by the equivalent rights in your country.
LiraVoz is not directed to minors and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor gave us their data, write to us and we will delete it.
