LiraVoz lets you listen to a free preview of each version before any payment. You decide with full information and only pay if you like it.
Each song is made to order, uniquely, from your story. Because it is a personalized digital product delivered instantly, once it is paid and delivered (unlocked) a refund does not apply for a simple change of mind.
We refund you if: (a) you did not receive the song due to a failure attributable to LiraVoz; (b) there was a duplicate charge or a payment error; or (c) it applies under Peru's Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 29571).
If you're not happy with the result, before asking for a refund we offer up to 2 new versions at no cost to adjust it to what you want. This often solves it better than a refund.
Email us at hola@liravoz.com with your order code and a short explanation within 7 days of delivery. We review every case fairly.
If approved, the refund is issued to the same payment method you used (card, PayPal, Pix or the relevant processor). Crediting time depends on your bank or wallet.
