LiraVoz creates personalized songs with artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. The result is a work generated for your personal use and as a gift. To use the service you sign in with your account; you are responsible for the activity carried out from it and for keeping your credentials secure.
The price is S/ 49 per song. Payment is processed securely through our gateways (card, Yape or PayPal as applicable). Before paying you can listen to a free preview of each version. By checking the acceptance box and completing payment, you declare that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the no-refund policy.
The song is delivered digitally, usually within a few minutes, through a link page and by email. Important: the audio files remain available for download for 1 year from delivery. After that period they are automatically deleted from our servers. We recommend you download and save your song as soon as you receive it.
We include up to 2 new versions at no cost if you wish to adjust the result.
The story, names, anecdotes, instructions and texts you provide to create the song remain yours. By using them, you authorize LiraVoz to process and use them solely to create, deliver and support your song.
You agree not to provide or request: lyrics, melodies or fragments of registered or copyrighted songs that do not belong to you or for which you have no permission; third-party material without authorization; or illegal, offensive, discriminatory, harassing content, or content that infringes the rights of others. You declare that you have rights over what you give us. LiraVoz may reject, suspend or delete orders or accounts that breach this.
Your song is created with AI, through external providers; therefore, your rights over the song are also subject to the conditions of those providers. The legal status of AI-made works varies by country and is still evolving, so LiraVoz does not guarantee that the song is fully original with respect to existing works or that it is free of intellectual property conflicts. You are responsible for how you use and share your song.
Once fully paid, the song is for personal use and as a gift. For commercial use (advertising, sale or monetization) you must consult us first, as it depends on the model provider's license. We do not guarantee automatic commercial exploitation rights.
When you share it, a public link is generated: anyone with that link can listen to the song and see its title and lyrics. You are responsible for what you write and share; do not include sensitive data. You can delete unpurchased previews from your account whenever you want.
The website, its code, design, logos, brand, texts and structure are the property of RAMIROBIZ Music and are protected. You receive only a limited and revocable license to use the service. You may not copy, reproduce, mass-extract (scraping), reverse-engineer or create derivative products from the platform.
As this is a personalized digital product created on demand, no returns or refunds are made once payment is completed and the song is delivered (unlocked), except for the cases provided by Peru's Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law No. 29571) or when there is a fault attributable to LiraVoz (for example, the song not being delivered). That is precisely why we offer a free preview of each version before paying. If you had a technical problem with your order, write to us at hola@liravoz.com and we will help you.
The service is provided "as is": we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability nor that the result will exactly match your subjective expectations. To the extent permitted by Peruvian law, LiraVoz is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from use of the service; this does not limit the rights granted to the consumer by law. You agree to hold LiraVoz harmless against third-party claims arising from the content you provided or from misuse of the service.
We process your data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and our Privacy Policy.
We have our virtual Complaints Book (INDECOPI). These terms are governed by the laws of Peru; any dispute is submitted to the courts of Arequipa, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer. We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced on the site.
